個人禪修計劃

引言 佛學博大精深,源遠流長。在參學的過程中,除了要對義理有正確的把捉外,如何在各種千差萬別的修行法門中,在善知識的導引下找到適合個人的進路,從實修中獲取修行的益處,助成修行的功德,應是每位參學者需給予充分關注的課題。因此,筆者相信為自己制訂個人修行計劃並加以實踐,透過反覆的練習及印證,在參學的過程中定能有所獲益。

無常

Effortless

在修行上,你不需要努力地想著甚麼或得到甚麼;你需要的只是一份effortless的覺察。它能讓你的心因著這份的關注而柔順,為生起智慧建立良好的土壤。

2008年3月7 日 第三課 一如以往,下班後拖著疲累的身軀,草草地吃了晚點便往坐禪的地方去。不同的是今天較上兩次早了十五分鐘到達,坐堂內的人並不多。脫去鞋子,拿取坐墊及筆記便徑自往上次的地方坐下。因時間尚早,有了非常充裕的時間做伸展的活動。
